Ricotta, mozzarella, stracciatella and burrata: Sabelli is one of the most important fresh cheese producers in Italy. As a first goal, the dairy in Ascoli Piceno asked us to expand its communication with the national media, such as publications focused on consumers, the economy and the food industry.
Thanks to previous experience with Assolatte and management of countless food projects, we already had in-depth knowledge of the dairy industry: in this specific sector, we could count on a framework of consolidated relationships. In addition to our PR activities, we also supported Sabelli’s advertising planning. The campaign’s main theme was the “Eletto prodotto dell’anno 2018” award presented to Sabelli’s burrata range. The communication and public relations strategy provided Sabelli with constant, consistent coverage throughout the year, promoting product, brand and institutional news.
