The agricultural cooperative was founded in the hills of Le Marche in 1971 by Gino Girolomoni®, father of the organic movement in Italy.
Today, following the construction of the mill, Girolomoni® is the first Italian organic pasta factory to handle the entire supply chain, from seed to plate.
